We provide the best ETP plant in the industry. Our effluent water treatment plant and effluent wastewater treatment plant provided with application in various industries such as- Dairy Industry, Textile Industry, Automotive, Rice Mill, Food Processing, Food Industry, Paper Mill, Electroplating Industry, Leather, Chemicals, Leather, Electronics, Metals Finishing, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Power, Pulp & Paper, Glass Factory, Residential, IT Complex, Malls.
Reverse Osmosis (RO)

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification process that uses a semi-permeable membrane to separate water molecules from other substances. RO applies pressure to overcome osmotic pressure that favors even distributions. RO can remove dissolved or suspended chemical species as well as biological substances (principally bacteria), and is used in industrial processes and the production of potable water.
RO retains the solute on the pressurized side of the membrane and the purified solvent passes to the other side. The relative sizes of the various molecules determines what passes through. "Selective" membranes reject large molecules, while accepting smaller molecules (such as solvent molecules, e.g., water).[1]

We have emerged as a prominent supplier of Industrial Sewage Treatment Plant. We supply STP plants from 50 KLD to 10 MLD capacities. We also undertake AMC and O&M services. We provide STP Plant operation and maintenance service which is essential to ensure effective plant operation, maintain compliance with varied standards and regulations for health, quality and environment.

Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) is a treatment process designed to remove all the liquid waste from a system. The focus of ZLD is to reduce wastewater economically and produce clean water that is suitable for reuse (e.g. irrigation), thereby saving money and being beneficial to the environment. ZLD systems employ advanced wastewater/desalination treatment technologies to purify and recycle virtually all of the wastewater produced.

Multiple Effect Evaporator System (MEE)

Multiple-Effect Evaporator. (MEE) A multiple-effect evaporator is an apparatus for efficiently using heat from steam to evaporate water. In a multiple-effect evaporator, water is boiled in a sequence of vessels, each held at a lower pressure than the last. Because the boiling temperature of water decreases as pressure decreases, the vapor boiled off in one vessel can be used to heat the next, and only the first vessel (at the highest pressure) requires an external source of heat and thus saves energy and overall operational cost.

The water softening plants are designed to produce treated water to suit various applications. Treated water is of consistent quality to low residual hardness throughout the service cycle.

Demineralization Plant (DM)

We are providing supreme quality Demineralisation Plant that is extensively demanded in making water drinkable and free from toxic contaminants. In this, raw water is passed via two small polystyrene bead filled beds. While the cations are exchanged with hydrogen ions in first bed, the anions are exchanged with hydroxyl ions, in the second one. Here, ion exchange is a rapid and reversible process in which impurity ions present in the water are replaced by ions released by an ion-exchange resin. A demineralization water system produces mineral free water by operating on the principles of ion exchange, degasification and polishing.

Dissolved air flotation (DAF) is a water treatment process that clarifies wastewaters (or other waters) by the removal of suspended matter such as oil or solids. The removal is achieved by dissolving air in the water or wastewater under pressure and then releasing the air at atmospheric pressure in a flotation tank basin. The released air forms tiny bubbles which adhere to the suspended matter causing the suspended matter to float to the surface of the water where it may then be removed by a skimming device.

De-watering Screw Press

A Dewatering screw press is a screw press that separates liquids from solids. A screw press can be used in place of a belt press, centrifuge, or filter paper. It is a simple, slow moving device that accomplishes dewatering by continuous gravitational drainage. Screw presses are often used for materials that are difficult to press, for example those that tend to pack together. The screw press squeezes the material against a screen or filter and the liquid is collected through the screen for collection and use.
